ElSayed Saeed

•  Is an educational innovator, pioneer and visionary, who has an indelible mark on Egyptian education. Mr. El-Sayed, a powerful advocate for excellence in education, is also the founder of Alex Book Centre a publishing and distribution centre that is specialised in the highest quality textbooks and teaching materials.
• Mr. El-Sayed is a graduate of faculty of Science – Department of Oceanography in the year 1985. He earned a master’s diploma in Oceanology in the year 1986.
• In 1986, Mr. El-Sayed started working as a representative for the ILB - an Oxford University Press agent in Egypt. In the year 1995, he decided to start his own business.
• Mr. El-Sayed’s educational enterprises have begun with the establishment of Alex Book Centre in 1995. It has been providing outstanding educational services for schools, language centres and higher educational institutions since then. 
• Alex Book Centre has gained the trust of major book publishers; like Oxford University Press, Macmillan, MM Publications, Edugate Publishing LTD, Al-Rowad School Publishers and Preiss Murphy School Publishers and it has been their main distributor in Egypt for over 25 years.
• This is followed by a unique partnership with the British establishment Edugate Publishers whose main concern is adapting with a development to provide the solutions that enhance the teaching and learning experience for everyone. 
• Edugate Publishers has been recently merged with Alex Book Centre to become part of Edugate Educational Development.
• Edugate Educational Development is the third educational enterprise established and managed under the supervision of Mr. El-Sayed Saeed. The establishment has assembled a distinguished group of trainers who are prominent academics playing major roles in various training programmes. 
• And to fully advance his academic abilities as well as develop a skill set of capabilities that are essential for the progression of his valuable educational experiences, Mr. El-Sayed has transferred his long experience in the field of education to schools.  

• In 2016, Mr. El-Sayed has become the manager and owner of Roots Language School – a national school that was recognised in 1994 by the Egyptian Ministry of Education.
• Mr. El-Sayed aims at changing Roots Language School to become a distinguished national school recognised for its distinction, and known for its excellence in teaching as well as learning. He is assembling a staff of educators who are qualified enough to prepare the students to understand, contribute to, and excel in a fast changing society. He is promoting leadership, innovation, and creativity to help the students achieve their full potential. 

Contributions

• In 2010, Mr. El-Sayed was a consultant at the International Association Euromed Afrique, acting as the vice principal.
• In 2011, Mr. El-Sayed served as a culture consultant at the Senegal Embassy in Egypt.
